Warranty & Return
YESPER warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the YESPER product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below.
This warranty statement sets forth YESPER's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
The warranty period for YESPER products is 12+12* （*exclusive to email subscriber) months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
YESPER will replace (at YESPER's expense) any YESPER product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to YESPER in accordance with this warranty, YESPER will, at its option:
(i) replace the YESPER Product with a replacement product of the same model (or with your consent a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same features, or the same model in a different color).
(ii) exchange the YESPER Product for a refund of your purchase price.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on YESPER's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
YESPER's warranty does not apply to:
- Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in YESPER's current product literature.
·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
·Any product purchased through an online auction house.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. We don't charge any refund fees. Returns sent by post are at your own cost (quality problem is not included).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Your refund will be approved within 1-2 days after receiving and checking your return, and you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.
